Business data from Google Business Profile, checked 2026-10-30. Facts from the business's own website were fetched 2026-10-30.
Only three Google reviews exist, so evidence is thin. One reviewer, five years ago, praised the builder for keeping model homes open long enough to compare one-storey and two-storey layouts.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Recent reviewers describe friendly staff and a quick, easy visit. Several mention help with delivery and setup. One reviewer, after a contract ended, said repeated calls used the wrong name and asked to be removed.
Review evidence is very limited: no individual reviews are available for this Windermere Road listing. The profile rests on the business's own website and Google listing details.
Recent reviewers often praise individual agents, especially Crystal, for quick replies, patience during showings, and clear paperwork. Maintenance contact Tobi gets mentions for being punctual and easy to talk to. Two recent reviews are very different. One renter says a signed lease was cancelled after deposit and rent were paid. Another tenant reports repair, entry, and lockout problems and has filed with the LTB.
