Reviewers consistently describe a steady, well-explained process. Many say staff stayed in touch, answered questions fast, and treated them with patience and respect. Several mention working alongside a realtor and lender partners without feeling lost. Named staff come up often, including Amy and Alexandra. One reviewer, who moved from Ontario to Edmonton, said the team handled bidding and virtual viewings. A single reviewer raised the year-two price change as a lesson to plan for.
