Reviewers describe a realtor who answers calls quickly and explains each step. Several first-time buyers mention patience and no pressure. Recent reviews focus on renting out a space and finding a tenant, with the same praise for responsiveness. Most reviews are five stars.
Only five Google reviews exist, and two short written reviews are provided. One reviewer praises a responsive, helpful team, and another praises an agent named Greg Williams. Evidence is limited.
Most recent reviewers describe a professional, responsive team that keeps buyers informed. Many say the process felt smooth and the homes meet their expectations. Several 5-star reviews are short and general, with little detail about specific services. Two older reviews are harsh. One describes siding and roof problems and unfinished interiors. Another says the builder did not take responsibility when spoken to. Newer reviews do not repeat these complaints, though they are older and the rating sits at 3.1 across 76 reviews.
Reviews are few and mixed. Older five-star reviews praise friendly staff and named agents. Two recent one-star reviews raise concerns about front desk service and tenant dealings.
