Several describe quick help after hours, including a wasp call and a flooded basement cleanup handled within hours. A few older reviews raise concerns about property condition, mold, and cleaning fees at move-out, which are worth asking about before signing.
Reviewers praise the pre-delivery inspection walkthroughs and named staff like Jenny, Joe and Stav for helpful follow-up. Several owners, though, report slow warranty responses, cracking, drainage and water problems in homes they bought from the builder.
