Reviews are mixed and the evidence is thin. Recent five-star reviews praise agents for being knowledgeable and professional. Older one-star reviews describe unresponsive staff and a buyer deal that went badly.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Five Google reviews, all five-star, describe agent Dave Mitchell helping with home sales and purchases across York Region. Reviews are older, with the newest about seven years old. Detail is limited.
Only four Google reviews exist, all five-star, so evidence is thin. One reviewer praises agent Steven Cheung for quick call replies and clear explanations for a first-time buyer. Rent-to-own detail is not covered in the reviews.
Reviewers describe a team that answers questions fast and keeps clients updated at each step. Many say agents Marlen, Milad and Wasim stay patient and calm, even in competitive markets. Several long-time clients say they return to the same people for each new deal. Recent reviews cover home sales, purchases and rentals across the Newmarket and York Region area. Reviewers mention organized written plans, multiple property options, and extra help such as garage sales after a closing. One charity client also praised the team's support on a sublease.
