Reviewers split sharply. Several describe slow replies, unreturned calls, and billing mix-ups on rent and fees. A few newer reviews praise specific managers for quick, friendly help, and one notes recent improvement.
Reviewers describe a professional, responsive team that stages homes in London, Ontario. Several mention staff who listen, keep to budget, and use furniture the owners already have. Most reviews are from the past year and all are four or five stars.
Reviewers describe First Choice as responsive, professional, and easy to work with, with Ali and Sumer named most often. Several tenants and owners say they would work with the company again. Recent reviews mention one missed viewing and one unanswered application, so ask how follow-up is handled.
Recent reviews are mostly negative. Owners describe unanswered calls and emails, delayed payouts, and charges they say were never approved. Several report deposits or last month's rent kept without clear written terms. Praise is limited to a few tenant and viewing experiences with individual staff members. Reviewers name Sue M, Sarah, and Brenda as helpful. Newer owner complaints are about money and communication, not repairs or viewings.
