Recent reviews are mostly negative. Several former tenants and owners say deposits came back late or not at all, and that calls and emails went unanswered. Some describe maintenance calls that were hard to track and bills they did not expect. Praise is narrower and mostly about individual agents. Reviewers describe Robert and Priscilla as patient, honest, and easy to work with during viewings and signing. Older five-star reviews mention smooth leasing help, while newer reviews focus on refunds, cleaning disputes, and unanswered messages.
